In stock items normally ship in approximately 7-10 business days. During high volume times and holidays, shipping time may be delayed to ship approximately 14 business days.
Out of stock items will ship to you in 4 to 6 weeks. Please keep in mind, we do NOT drop ship. Any items we must order to fulfill a purchase will be delivered to our warehouse first and then shipped to you.
If an item is needed by a certain date, please contact customer service to check availability of items. Unless otherwise stated we do not guarantee shipping and arrival dates.
You may track the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Just enter your username and password you chose at the time of your order.
If wanting to receive an item within a certain time frame, please contact So Chic Bag Boutique Customer Service prior to placing order to check availability and receive an estimated time of arrival prior to ordering. We do not guarantee shipping and arrival dates unless otherwise stated.
We do not purchase all of our products from the same supplier. Considering we use more than one supplier, some items take longer to receive than others. We do not drop ship. Therefore, you must allow time for out of stock items to reach our facility before they are shipped to you. We do not keep any of the Beauty and Spa Boutique items on hand due to the nature of the products. We want to assure you the products you receive are fresh and have not sat on our shelves for any amount of time before shipping to you.
We ship all items from our facility via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail. All shipments include insurance and a tracking number once shipped.
If you have special requests regarding shipping, please contact us BEFORE checkout to make sure we can meet your designated time frame.
We have done our best to label the products we do not have on hand. These labels are placed within the item's description. Due to the popularity of our items, some items may go out of stock and not be indicated on the product's page. If we cannot have that product to you within the 7 to 14 day time frame, we will send you an email as to the status.
Items in the Bargain Bin and While Supplies Last are most generally on hand items and/or sale and discontinued items. Once our stock depletes on those items, you will receive a notification at time of purchase that the product is not available. We do our best to remove these items from the website but on occasion we miss them. In the event you purchase an item that is no longer available you will be offered a store credit or a refund for the purchase price.

We charge a flat fee of $8.95 per order. This fee is the same regardless of the number of items or the weight of your package. This fee includes insurance on each package that leaves our facility. If you are purchasing a small item from our website and you feel the fee is extremely high, please contact us prior to checkout and we would be happy to invoice you for the exact shipping amount. If you have us invoice you and you neglect to pay for insurance, we are not responsible for damaged or lost items once they are shipped.
