Open 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday and Sunday
Orders and applications placed outside hours of operation will be processed the next business day.

We Recycle
We recycle boxes and packing material. Occasionally you may receive a gently used shipping box or packing materials. This is not only great for the environment and landfills, it is also great for you. Recycling helps reduce our costs and that is passed on to you.
Payments
We gladly accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Money Orders (local residents only) as a form of payment. All payments must clear prior to processing and shipment of orders. Payments can take up to 30 days to clear.
Credit Card Payment: Your payment will be processed by GT ENTERPRISE and GT ENTERPRISE will be shown on your credit card statements.
Money Order Payments:
Payment must arrive within 7 days or order placed. If payment has not been received within 7 days of the dated ordered, your order will be canceled and discounts and/or sale will not be honored. We recommend sending your payment priority post with delivery confirmation to arrive secure and safe. Money order payment must clear prior to order processing.

Insufficient Funds:
Insufficient funds payments are subject to additional fees allowable by law in addition to your bank fees.
All orders canceled due to non-payment or insufficient funds are subject to restocking fees.
Shipping
Shipping rates are based on a flat fee of $8.95. At this time we only ship orders to USA, Canada, Mexico, US territories, and APO addresses. We do not ship outside of these areas.
All orders placed and paid in full after 12:00pm EST will begin processing the next business day. We ship all orders through United States Postal Service.
In stock items normally ship in approximately 7-10 business days. During high volume times and holidays, shipping time may be delayed to ship approximately 14 business days.
Out of stock items will ship to you in 4 to 6 weeks. Please keep in mind, we do NOT drop ship. Any items we must order to fulfill a purchase will be delivered to our warehouse first and then shipped to you.
If an item is needed by a certain date, please contact customer service to check availability of items. Unless otherwise stated we do not guarantee shipping and arrival dates.
You may track the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Just enter your username and password you chose at the time of your order.
If wanting to receive an item within a certain time frame, please contact So Chic Bag Boutique Customer Service prior to placing order to check availability and receive an estimated time of arrival prior to ordering. We do not guarantee shipping and arrival dates unless otherwise stated.
Customer Pickup shipping option is only available to Wisconsin residents within the local area of our facility. Normal shipping rates apply to all shipments outside of the Beloit/Janesville area.
Shipping Insurance
We take great care in packaging you order to ensure it safely arrives to you. We however cannot guarantee damages or a lost package will not incur once they have left our facility. We highly recommend you purchase insurance to protect your shipment from damage incurred during shipping.
Custom Products
Custom orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in our facility from date ordered. Please allow additional time to arrive at your doorstep. Please take note of description on shipping times.
Out of Stock
So Chic Bag Boutique makes every effort to keep all items in stock. However, due to the popularity of our products, we occasionally run out of an item temporarily.
Out of stock items will ship to you in 4 to 6 weeks. Please keep in mind, we do NOT drop ship. Any items we must order to fulfill a purchase will be delivered to our warehouse first and then shipped to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Any returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days upon receipt of the merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5th day of receipt.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if item is defective or for incorrectly sent items. Returning items must be retained in original packaging and be in new condition. Used items will NOT be accepted regardless of situation. The damaged merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. If item is out of stock and cannot be replaced for like item, a store credit will be issued. Before returning any items please contact So Chic Bag Boutique first for return authorization and shipping instructions. We do not accept any unauthorized packages without return authorization. Returns or exchanges will be shipped at the expense of customer and refunded upon inspection of merchandise and verify merchandise is replaceable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on bargain boutique items. All sales are final in the bargain boutique.
Custom items are non-returnable with the exception of manufacture defects.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders canceled prior to shipping will be charged a 20% non-refundable restocking fee. Once an item has been shipped, order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on return merchandise, cancellation of orders, or back orders. All refunds are available up to 30 days from cancellation of order or merchandise returned. After 30 days refunds are issued as store credit only.
Sales Tax
Orders being shipped to Wisconsin residents will be charged sales tax.
Activations
All applications submitted will begin processing the next business day. All applications must accompany an activation kit paid in full. All activation fees must accompany a completed application before an application can be processed. All applications can take up to 3 business days to complete processing. High volume times and holidays may delay this process. If a kit purchase paid in full and application do not accompany each other, a new member cannot be activated.
A consultant who chooses to leave our program and later return, they will need to begin the activation process again. At any time a consultant becomes inactive during a quarter where a quota has not been met, the quota must be met for the quarter they left and will need to repurchase a new kit before status is changed to active.
Privacy Policy
We value every customer and their privacy. The personal information we gather from you is the necessary information that allows us for delivering your order. We will not give out your personal information to anyone or sell your personal information to anyone else.
